  • ABC will air the first-ever, Neighborhood Ball beginning at 8 p.m. Watch the main event, which will feature the President and First Lady’s first dance of the night. Also hear performances by Beyonce, Mary J. Blige, Mariah Carey, Faith Hill, Jay-Z, Alicia Keys, Shakira, Stevie Wonder and Nick Cannon (as DJ).
