Low Class Alaskan Trash Blogger Attacks Sarah Palin Through Trigg

June 25, 2009

She’s a cold hearted _____

If children aren’t sacred who is?

CNN Political Ticker

Biegel, who blogs in support of the Alaska Democratic Party under the name “Celtic Diva,” superimposed a picture of conservative Alaskan radio host Eddie Burke over Trig’s face in an apparent effort to show how close the radio host is with the Alaskan governor.

“Recently we learned of a malicious desecration of a photo of the Governor and baby Trig that has become an iconic representation of a mother’s love for a special needs child,” Palin spokeswoman Meghan Stapelton said in a statement provided to CNN. “The mere idea of someone doctoring the photo of a special needs baby is appalling.”

What a twit. Can't tell a Burke from a Letterman

To those folks at certain Palinbot sites who think the picture above is of Trig,
let me use a phrase many of you are familiar with…

It’s called “Baby Burke” because it’s Eddie Burke.
So, connecting the dots for you…WE’RE MAKING FUN OF EDDIE BURKE!!!!!!

The distorted Sarah & Trigg Photo Celtic Drivel actually posted

The photo is an exact copy of the real deal. With the exception of  the super imposed face. It is little Trigg’s body with Burke’s face covering up his angelic face.

Here is a clue for the pathetic excuse for a woman and mother, who justifies her malevolent attack on Sarah Palin via a tender loving image of a mother and her special needs child —as a stab at humor. It shouldn’t matter if Gov Sarah Palin was the most corrupt Governor who ever existed in Alaska or any where else for that matter.

Since the dawn of time.

Children should be off limits.

An admirer of Sarah Palin but FYI not pulling for her in 2012.

This is about human decency. Another facet of LIFE the twisted sister blogger FAILS at.

By the way…

Conservatives 4 Palin

UPDATE by RAM: For those of you who might be unaware, Linda Kellen Biegel was one of the people who filed a frivolous ethics complaint against Gov. Palin. Her complaint claimed that the governor abused the Ethics Act because she wore a jacket with with the logo of the company that sponsors her husband in the Iron Dog snowmachine race. Biegel’s ridiculous complaint was, of course, dismissed, but not before costing the governor thousands of dollars in legal debt to defend herself. You can donate to the governor’s legal defense fund, The Alaska Fund Trust, here.

Biegel then makes a crude sexual suggestion about Eddie Burke and the governor. Biegel is objectifying the governor. Turning her into a sex object and suggesting that Eddie’s admiration of her is nothing more than hormonal.

Why do they always attack her for her “femaleness” — for her appearance or her attractiveness as a woman or her role as a mother? It’s crude and sexist. It’s not okay.

Much more at “Conservatives 4 Palin

I was mistaken when I ridiculed Biegel on the Letterman vs Burke difference. The  Letterman – Palin image was the work of another. When she stated “To those folks at certain Palinbot sites who think the picture above is of Trig,”

The photo she was referring to is this screen shot below.

Now that that is cleared up I have some news. With all of her in your face sneering bravado  she has scrubbed her site of her pride and glory to the image below. Some tough cookie huh?

The left’s ridiculing and satirizing a baby is despicable and inexcusable. In a way, that photoshopped picture smacks of eugenics.

I think Sarah Palin just needs more experience and has to do more “homework”. So she might be a far better politician. But at her current state she really would have been a bad vice president.

You can’t possibly think the point of that was to make fun of Trig. A the parent of a Down syndrome child, I’m sensitive to these issues, but this seems like an overreaction.

Is this woman for real? Anyone who uses their child in a photo op has no room to talk about exploiting her child as she is doing the exploitation herself.

Since it was a professional photo shoot for her political exploitation I have one question. Was Little Trig paid for his appearence in her political add? If he wasn’t isn’t Mrs. Palin guilty of slave labor? Child actors and models do get paid in the lower 48. If he was did he or his representative sign a contract? If not it was an illegal child labor issue.

Bottom line is if she hadn’t brought him into the public eye he wouldn’t have had his photo photoshopped. Only one or two people are responsible for parding him in front of the media and that’s his “loving parents”.
    You Betcha!!!!!!

It sounds to me like Palin wants Obama to shut the free press down and only allow favorable press to politicians. How could someone who has such deep roots in the constitution (remeber her hubby wants to susceed from the union) ever want the president to get involved in shutting down a blogger exercising her right to free speech?

I think Sarah Palin is looking for the type of free press and speech citizens of places like Iran, N. Korea, and China enjoy. No country loving citizen should ever ever say anything that calls into question the moral integrity of any true Republican, that is contradictory to the Bible and GOD.
    You Betcha!!!!

Why did the blogger break into Sarah Palin’s house and steal the family photo of a loving mother nurturing her beloved son? Shouldn’t she be arrested for such a violation of home security? After all burglary is not tollerated in the lower 48.

Oh, someone just informed me that it was a publicity photo of a politician using her special needs child to garner support, campain contributions, and ultimately votes. I guess that changes the dynamics of any argument she had. Once you put your child into that dynamic without their consent you open them up to this kind of unwanted publicity.

Let me make it clear she is only upset because she knows that at heart the photo displays a truely ugly side that she would rather have hidden. If she didn’t want her children in the press she should leave them home like Obama does and not parade them in front of the cameras for money and votes every chance she gets.
    You Brycha!!!

Most truely loving parents stay somewhat close to their children while they’re growing up. I still hve a close relationship with my 19 year old daughter and she has never come home and told me she was pregnant and dropping out of hih school. I attribute that to the fact that I always stressed that although abstinence was the best method to avoid unwanted pregnancy there are also other methods such as birth control pills and condoms.

If Sarah palin is such an iconic mother why has she allowed her child to give birth out of wed-lock? Shouldn’t she have been at home nurturing and guiding her precious children from the harm and evil in the wicked liberal world we live in?

How did such a loving mother fly back and forth from Alaska to Arizona after having her water break? Wasn’t she concerned about the possible danger to her son while she was in the air? Did she feel that since he was special needs anyway it didn’t matter if he was trapped in her body without the proper fluids surrounding him?

This woman and I use that term with great trepidation has no self respect and we know if one does not have self respect there is no way they can respect others. I have seen more care given by animals to their offspring than she seems to give to her’s. I guess that comes with spending so much time on the campainge trail and opposed to the dinner table.
    You Betcha!!

What’s this class trash talk. Sarah Palin is trailer trash. That is the point. Pundits and readers alike Wouldn’t give a fig about her kids if she didn’t parade them around as if they’re some sort of symbolic aspect of her own character. The fact that she tries to use her children for political gain is low class.
If she wants to do that she shouldn’t be surprised when society pushes back. The fact is the majority of people in this country are smarter then that, and not fooled by the ploy. I also think the majority of people in this country are smarter then her.

The celtic diva is really a celtic devil. This woman is systematically trashing Gov Palin and filing frivolous lawsuits. This is harassment. I think anyone filing such lawsuits should be required to pay ALL costs if they lose AND pay a fine for wasting taxpayers money and clogging up the court system. That might put an end to at least some of it.

So, Mike- You had to blog HOW MANY TIMES to trash Gov. Palin, over and above what the other bloggers are writing? Where is the common decency in this day and age? I thank my lucky stars that I don’t have that much hate in me. How do you people sleep at night?

Caroll, if I wrote a message for every publicity op she tried to grab I’d post 20 a day. I notice you weren’t able to defend the facts of what she did. You just wonder how someone can question her ethics on these matters. Caroll you should try to remember this “defend the facts not the actor playing the victim”. That way you have something to defend instead of just wondering where the decency is. She lost her decency when she photo op’ed her Special needs child for money contributions, popularity, and future votes based on a false outrage.
    You Betcha!!!

The POINT is an innocent child has been used to attack a mother. In this case Sarah Palin.
Obama paraded his kids around as well. You betcha!

Barack Obama: I regret moving children into campaign spotlight with TV interview

Your words (edited) from comment #4. My words are in between brackets.

Since it was a professional [journalistic interview] for [their] political exploitation I have one question. Was [Malia & Sasha] paid for [their] appearence[sic] in [his obvious] political add? If [they weren’t] isn’t [the Obama’s] guilty of slave labor? Child actors and models do get paid in the lower 48. If [they were] did [they] or [their] representative sign a contract? If not it was an illegal child labor issue.

Back in 2008 candidate Obama regularly, shamelessly trotted them out before the cameras, like when Sasha campaigned in Indiana. Remember Sasha and Malia Obama in this People magazine exclusive and this Access Hollywood show?

So by following your idiotic logic are the Obama girls fair game now too??? I say no!
Regardless if children are seen on the campaign trail. They SHOULD be OFF LIMITS.

@Caroll & Velvethammer …One interview for Obama kids…how many photo ops for Palin kids countless! I don’t recall Obama preaching abstinence only and trotting out his pregnant high school dropout daughters and their alleged fiancés. I don’t recall Obama crying the blues and foul every time people bring up his kids. Sarah Palin is a publicity hungry sound bite spouting intellectual light weight that can only resort to fake outrage. Ask her serious questions and she starts whining about unfair press or gives an off the wall answer that doesn’t make sense let alone answer the question that was asked, she couldn’t even handle Katie Couric as soft an interviewer as they come. You still haven’t explained why she wants Obama to shut down or shut up a private bloggers right to free speech, can you not explain it or is it not worth explaining.

If her kid wasn’t held up like a sac of flour for that picture he wouldn’t have been photoshopped. It seems to me she didn’t even have a firm grasp of him, she had him held up kind of like Michael Jackson held his child over the balcony of the hotel. He certainly wasn’t grasped firmly to her breast to make sure he didn’t fall as my wife and I held our daughter. I can count on 1 hand the times I’ve seen Obama’s kids used for publicity…I can count on 1 hand the times I’ve haven’t seen Palin’s kids in front of the camera for publicity, just so you remember it was the interview she gave with the guy slaughtering turkeys in the background…nice image.

Have you seen her speech from Kosovo, she should learn how to speak before going so far from home to give a speech in such a dangerous place as Kosovo. How much did Alaska spend for her and I’m sure the rest of her family to go there? How much per-diem is she requesting? Were her children asked to speak to the troops also since they went along for the free vacation to Kosovo? If they were it’s dangerous to bring your children into a war torn area such as Kosovo? She mispronounces words with great regularity as well as makes them up, what dangerous “machines” was she talking about. Why does she have to insult the VP of the US while giving a speech to the troops? Wasn’t that using her speech in a foriegn land to denigrate our leaders? That seems like something a truly unpatriotic person would do. Who knows maybe the dude slipped it into the speech and she didn’t notice. After all we all know he likes to join the funny secessionist groups, or maybe she secretly feels that way herself.

I know that Palinites have a hard time understanding the world in nonPalin terms, but you should really take a listen to the things she states when she speaks, think about what she said, and ask yourself is she really that uneducated or did she really just waste all those years in all those colleges trying to earn her journalism degree. With her command of the English language I really question how she was able to find a college that would finally graduate her, she can’t even speak proper English how scan she write it.
    You Betcha!!!

If liberals didn’t have double standards, they wouldn’t have any standards at all.
Who in the hell cares if children are seen with a parent on the campaign trail. Personally I do not give a rats rear end.
BUT… in the whole scheme of things an interview is a level above photos. There were many more instances too. I linked to an article that is full of Obama girl campaign prop links. Though one single solidarity instance is ENOUGH to blow your inane argument out of the water.

    One more time.
    I repeat.
(Not that I would ever attack children even Obama’s. Vocab word for you “principles”)
Would it be ok if a photo of the Obama girls was photoshopped and the accompanying post included sexual undertones? Would it?!

It’s called “Baby Burke” because it’s Eddie Burke…basically his probable second-biggest fantasy about the Governor.

It’s called “Baby Matthews” because it’s Chris Matthews…basically his probable second-biggest fantasy about Obama.

I quote myself from my post:

An admirer of Sarah Palin but FYI not pulling for her in 2012.

Palinite? Do you not know how to read?
You and all other emasculated leftards should admit that Palin scares you all– right out of your panties. Go ahead lead the pack, it would be cathartic.

Obama’s apologetic appeasement [sack full of lies] speech in Cairo denigrated our country. That seems like something a truly unpatriotic person would do. Prez-select Barack Obama the un_American Idol

Seriously are you an idiot in real life or do you just play one on the internet?
You are wasting my time. Besides don’t you have to get back to your daily Obama worship? Have you knelt and sang a mantra to his likeness yet?

These poignant thoughts of Conservative Cupcake get right to the heart of the matter:

So many times throughout the 2008 campaign, I saw so many people say degrading and hurtful things about Trig because he has downs syndrome. Gov. Palin proudly accepted the VP nomination with the best of intentions; afterwords; she introduced us to her beautiful family including baby Trig. My little brother has special needs. I can’t tell you how happy that made both my mom and myself. I admit that I cried when I saw Gov. Palin holding baby Trig who was curiously looking around. A special needs child in the spotlight; not hidden away, not a burden, not an outcast. Gov. Palin brought her beautiful special needs son on stage and presented him to the world in an act of courage and desire to make the world a better place for all special needs children. For people to attack a precious child is just disgusting. It makes me relieved that I no longer consider myself a democrat.

    Holy cow Mike.
For whatever reason, which you can’t seem to elucidate, you’ve got something against Sarah Palin that’s way out of bounds with reality.
Every sentence drips with innuendo and illogical negativity.
Sarah is holding her son like a sac(SIC) of flour. Huh?
Sarah holding her son on a stage is the same as Michael Jackson holding his son over the edge of a balcony? Huh?
She didn’t even have a firm grasp of him? Huh?
If anyone doesn’t have a firm grasp, it’s you pal.
When has there been any slam against or “photoshopping” of the Obama kids?
Let’s see, um, er, hmm, none is the correct answer.
    And why should there be?
Oh that right Mike, anytime the kids are in public they’re fair game right?
I seem to remember when Obama won the nomination and the election, his girls were on the stage with him.
It would be weird if the kids weren’t there.
And how is that any different?
I’m sure in your mind there is a world of difference that will take 3 or 4 posts to spit out.
For your own well-being you really need to get over Sarah Palin.

Superimposing the face of whoever it was over Palin’s kid is typical internet nut-job, 2-year-old stuff.
Kids should be off limits and the woman who did it should apologize and get a f*ing life.

    Mike comment #4

I don’t recall Obama crying the blues and foul every time people bring up his kids.

No one has insulted or attacked Obama through his children.

Did your news source fail to inform you of this?

“If they think that they’re going to try to make Michelle an issue in this campaign, they should be careful, because that I find unacceptable — the notion that you start attacking my wife or my family,” he said.
Barack Obama Pres Election Campaign 2008

Acording to the O, his bitter-half Michelle a grown woman who BTW stumped for him was still off limits. Oh and did you happen to notice he mentioned his children?
    Case closed.

Sarah Palin does have a rather large supporter base. Its hilarious when some of them are interviewed and cannot explain why they support her.
